During fermentation, the sugars in the berries are naturally transformed into acids, which give the drink its expressive profile. The process itself takes place with the participation of live cultures, which are traditionally used in various regions of the world to ferment vegetables, fruits and berries. Blackcurrants have long been used in Nordic cuisines, in jams, teas and drinks. Their aroma, colour and brightness have made them an integral part of our region’s flavour. A fermented drink with blackcurrants is a modern way to experience this berry in a new, vibrant form. Ingredients: drinking water, black currants (20%), honey (5%), good bacterial culture (Lacticaseibacillus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus harbinensis, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus altitudinis, Bacillus pumilus, Bacillus safensis, Bacillus velezensis, Bacillus vallismortis, Paenibacillus amylolyticus, Paenibacillus dokdonensis, Paenibacillus pasadenensis). Usage recommendations: Consume pure, 100 ml before or after meals. Dilute with juice, water, or other beverage. Sweeten the concentrate with honey (100 ml/ 1 teaspoon of honey) – the unique taste of the concentrate will be revealed. Season dishes – green smoothies, chopped fruits, vegetables, salads, porridges. The product is intended for all consumer groups, except for infants under 12 months of age. Storage conditions: 2 to 18 °C. After opening, store in the refrigerator. Open the bottle slowly because it is under pressure. Possible sediments of natural origin.
