Directly from our cellars in Traversetolo in the Parma hills comes the gambetto of PDO Parma ham, according to our oldest traditions. The ham gambetto has a maturation period of 20-22 months and a weight of 2.2 kg. It is an entirely Italian, all-natural product, only high-quality pork and salt, with no preservatives or additives. It is the sweetest part of the ham (upper part of the thigh) you get a smaller slice than the fiocchetto, it comes from a large pork and being very matured it represents our platinium quality.
