Installation Instructions Surface Prep: Clean the crack of all dirt, loose debris, weeds, and organic matter. Application: Use a handheld scraper or flexible putty knife. (Note: Squeegee application is not recommended for primary filling). Compaction: Pack the material firmly into the void. Ensure there are no air pockets; voids lead to material settlement and subsequent surface cracking. Finishing: Run the tool along the surface to remove excess material, ensuring the repair is flush with the court height. Operational & Weather Requirements Depth: For cracks deeper than 1″, apply in 1″ layers, allowing each to fully cure before the next application. Curing: High-volume cracks may require a second pass if material settles. Do not apply if rain is forecast within 24 hours.
