That’s right…I had to unscrew all of the resistance cords and then reattach them just to untwist the cords. What I think happened is that whoever put these together didn’t pay one drop of attention. Also, the cords came all wrapped up in a knot that I had to untangle. Final complaint, who the hell has a DVD player anymore? How old is this thing? The positive is that it does fit my door, but only one door in my entire apartment. The room your door needs above and below is maybe an quarter of an inch or less but most doors don’t have any space so I don’t know how others are doing this. As for the piece of equipment itself. It’s quiet and it stays on the door well and I think it’s a great way to replace the cable experience at the gym without buying one of those huge cable machines.
